Quality Tire Pros is what it says it is and so much more. I was impressed with the professionalism, kindness, honesty, and amazing customer service shown to me by all the staff at Quality Tire on Cherokee Boulevard. I thought my car was malfunctioning because it was making grinding noises. Quality Tire gave me a very fair price quote and a scheduled service for the same day with Rick. Rick called to let me know that my car had arrived at Quality. The computer-related part that I was not familiar with was the reason for the problem that I received a call about 30 minutes later. He told me the price to fix it. He said that I should call the manufacturer to find out if it is covered under my car's warranty. He generously offered to call them for me after I asked him a few more questions. He told me it was covered and that I could have it fixed. Quality lost my business for the day, but they have earned my business for the rest of my life. There are a lot of positive things about this place. Last year, my sister got her new tires here, and they were wonderful to her. They drove her to work, did a wonderful job installing her tires, and provided her with the same excellent customer service people in Chattanooga have come to expect from Quality Tire.
