Very disappointed. I knew I needed the brakes. Before I went there, I called for a quote. They had to look at it first. I had to come back in the morning after I was told they couldn't look at it. I always tell them I need rear brakes. He won't give me a quote when I'm standing right there. He said they start at $899.99. I want to know what the worst case scenario price is. I think it was between $150 and $200 per axle. A different shop had quoted me $275 and I feel like this is reasonable. I return to my job first thing the next morning after dropping off my car. A couple of hours later I get a call from Budget saying that I need rear brakes and rotors and that I also have a shake in the front brakes. I did not ask them to look at my brakes. Let's fix it if there is a shake. I want the price. I was told that the front shake was going to be over $500. I was given the run around and lost the appointment at the shop that cost $275. I don't want to fix the front shake. I was told that it will be over $300. I don't remember the final total because I'm angry. The other shop gave me a quote, but he said it probably didn't include hardware. Guess what it does! I will not be paying that price if they put the car back together. I wouldn't go there if they had a cheaper price in the future. They wasted my time by not giving a quote over the phone or in person.
