I would give 0 stars if I could. Not because they repo cars, because of their professionalism from their customer service to their entry level workers, to management, they all act like you are bothering them. They talk to you like they have all the answers to your questions. I paid the liensholder and the additional fees to redeem my vehicle. When dealing with these guys, you have to make an appointment to retrieve it. After I paid for redemption, they schedule me an appointment to pick up my vehicle. An old man with a personality of a rock greeted me as I arrived. He made me sit and then started my process. If you needed an appointment to retrieve your vehicle, this place would be jumping with care, and people trying to retrieve personal belongings or their vehicle itself. No. I didn't need an appointment because it was just me and him, but what did I need?
