I would like to give a review about this place without being required to give any stars, but this is the only way. I checked with the clerk before parking the car so it was fine. Since my husband works at this place, I make sure to check on the car every now and then. On Christmas eve and christmas day, I didn't because my husband was away, but on the 26th of December, I found out I had to pay $750 for the initial tow. The driver was rude when he got to my house. I asked him to give me a moment to move the other cars around so he would have a better place to unload my car, but he told me to hurry. My husband came home and inspected my car after dealing with this jerk. It was damaged because they tried to hook onto the bumper, the trim piece around the back bumper was cracked and broken. I think their employees have no idea what they are doing. They are crooks and take advantage of people who are forced to deal with them, they are TERRIBLE and damaging people's property is something they are very familiar with. I am filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and if I were aaa I would remove my affiliation with this company because I couldn't prove they did anything wrong. He hung up the phone when I told him about it. Unless you want to have your property dismembered, I would not use these people.
