I had my 2010 RX 350 in and out the same day on a water pump replacement, thanks to Casey. I am very knowledgeable on Toyota and other vehicles. He allowed me to drive his truck to run a grab some lunch instead of waiting in the waiting area. You don't see much of that service anymore. I will be taking my Lexus to him for future repairs. A+.
