There is nothing fast about this business. I haven't written a review since I got my car back from this place. I knew it would be hard to see the low profile of the new tires when I took the car to get them put on. Most places say no, but here they said they could. I went to this place because of a recommendation from a co-worker. I am very sorry about this decision. I dropped the car off at 0900 but didn't get a call until 1700 because I needed to get a TPMS sensor from a past faulty error. I told them to order the sensor and let me know when it was done. I was told it would be that day. They kept giving me excuses when I had to call myself to ask for updates. When I showed up to pick the car up, I was told that the tire should hold air. I showed him where it was hissing. I was told to drive it home and let it sit. I had to call a tow truck to take the car to my house because the tire on the car gave out. When I told him about the situation, he asked me to find a place to get the tire replaced. I knew they weren't going to do it, but I tried anyways, and they wouldn't replace it. They said they would fix the tire after I told them. I have yet to get a call from them trying to fix the mistake they made. The charges from them for everything and the tow bill are more than the cost of the car to my house. I don't think I need to call this place again for an update on the mistake they made. Something needs to be done about the tire shops that my coworker is friends with. If you need to speak with me, you can either ask or look up my invoice, I'll give you a call.
