I can't rate this place of business any higher. I don't recall the name of the gentleman that came to our rescue. The most kind man you will ever meet. He tried to calm my worst fear when he arrived, that the key had been dropped and picked up by a passerby. He helped me search but couldn't find what I was looking for. He continued to help me look for the keys after he was forced to open the car. Just a few minutes later my daughter found the keys in our hotel room and I want to thank him for his kindness and for re-creating the atmosphere from doom to hope.
