My insurance company has a contract with this tow company. The tow truck driver was polite but as a result of where he placed my car he left it on an incline and when it was placed on the jack for the tire change it fell and caused damage to the fender and side structure. I wrote a letter to Mr. James because I wanted him to treat his other clients better. When companies get contracts with other businesses such as geico, the shreveport police, and others they don't care about providing actual service because they know the business will come to them regardless. I had no choice but to go to this company because they were the only one in the area who could help me with my car. I was happy that the company canceled the tow and made the Geico lady search for a new place to live. How professional do you get? My hope is that geico cancels their contract as they provide excellent service.
