I went to Grease Monkey at the Wandermere location to get my oil changed and found out that it was a synthetic oil and that the cost was $71.99 when my service was completed. They didn't honor the price of $71.99, they just charged me for it, and no one told me that my car takes special synthetic, which it doesn't. If I knew I was going to be charged an additional $20.00 for a special synthetic, I would have left my car and taken it to the dealer where the oil change was only $64.99. I would say yes. Why do I say that? The Mobil Delvac 1 is in my car because it is the special synthetic oil my car requires, but it is also used to verify what oil my vehicle takes, and I had a man call. I would never recommend going there again.
