I have given this place two chances and never left a bad review. After waiting for over an hour for a routine oil change, they finally told me that they had broken a piece on my coolant hose, and that they had attempted to fix it, but couldn't. When I was in Seattle, the same piece broke again, and I had to take it to a mechanic, and I missed two days of work. They got my seats all wet and dirty in my new car, and I have black dirt on my drivers seat. I paid $90 to have my oil changed and you ruin my car seat? To get the dirt out of my seats, I have to pay to have my seats washed. I have to pay more money to fix what they do to my car. They were told that they were under new management.
