I was told my car would take a while. I had to call them three times before I got a hold of the service person. I was told nothing had been done. Good news, they would be able to change my oil today. It's not going to fix the issues I brought it in for. It was set up far in advance for that. I had to leave my car over night. Being a single parent and working 50 hours a week is not easy to coordinate. Check my tire pressure and fluid levels. That wasn't done. I bought the extended warranty because service used to be good here. They don't know how busy they're going to be, that's the excuse I was given. People schedule appointments a month ahead of time.
