I live on the Olympic Peninsula and was taking a trip to eastern Washington with my family when my camper van started spraying transmission fluid out from between the engine and transmission. Tom, a nice tow truck driver, referred me to perfection tire, which has a large shop area as well as a lot of mechanics. The gentleman at perfection tire said that he would try to get my van in the next day since I was stuck away from home, even though they were a couple weeks out for normal repairs. The whole transmission would need to be dropped in order for this to be a major repair. I had it towed to them the next day and family picked me up, where we continued our planned camping trip at Marcus Island until Friday. I said that I would get a hotel for the night and be there in the morning and he talked to his mechanic who decided to stay late and finish it right away saving me the cost of a hotel for the night. I was in a bad situation and the tire helped me out.
