They have great values. I stopped to help someone who was broken down on the side of the road outside of town. The man who moved here recently on refugee status did not speak English very well. The things I checked didn't get his car running again. We decided to drop him off at a mechanic's, somewhere nearby, after picking our way through the conversation. The closest part of the city was the South Hill. We headed there because Mechanic's Pride was close and had great reviews. I told them where the tow truck would find his car after I dropped him off. I gave them my number so they could call when they figured out the problem. A couple hours later the shop manager called and informed me that they had diagnosed and fixed the problem and sent the gentleman on his way, free of charge. They did the opposite. Next time I need something done with my own cars, I will bring them here.
