I ordered my tires through Amazon. mavis would call me within 48 hours if you selected 3 times that would work for me. No email, no phone call, no text message. The tires were delivered. I call to make sure they can get me in. Maybe Amazon dropped the ball because I quoteLuis, "Amazon never generated a ticket in the Mavis system to have my tires installed." Luis told me that his system shows a blank order. Luis said he had to cancel the Amazon installation portion of my order. My installation charges are refunded via Amazon after Luis apologized for his main location. I was told to come down whenever I was ready. I went on the mavis.com to make an appointment because I didn't want to wait 3 hours. An appointment to have my inspection done. The man who does the inspections was not in when I was supposed to be there. I was told I can come in and have the tires installed. I told the person that I was going to make an appointment so I wouldn't sit there for hours. I was told that if there is a walk in that comes into the location prior to me arriving they will be serviced before me even though I have a scheduled appointment at 11am. I told the clerk that I would like to pick up my tires. They will be installed somewhere else. They were having trouble locating my tires when I got there, even though I was assured that was fine. They were bought to the lobby once they were located. I left them in my car. Everything was okay until Lucas called me. I paid for the tires on Amazon. They belong to me. I can send the paid invoice from Amazon showing that the tires were already paid for, but just shipped to your location. He wants me to call Amazon to get a refund for the tires. I told him to call Amazon. He says you are the one who needs to call AMAZON. I am not sure how they stay in business, but I will never go there again. I will never recommend anyone to spend their money at mavis again. I already paid for the tires, so why would LU IS tell me to come back and pay?
