Save More automobile did that. They saved me a lot of money. I can trust the shop to take my car when it needs repairs. Randy didn't find anything wrong with my car and didn't charge me a penny. I couldn't believe it. I am disabled. I have multiplesclerosis and bone marrow cancer, so I can't tell you how much this gesture meant to me. I want you to understand what I went through. My car wouldn't start while I was running an errand. When I turned the key, my son came to help me and tried to jump the battery. Nothing. I bought a brand new battery 2 months ago, so maybe the starter or the alternator were malfunctioning, because I knew it wasn't the battery. After my car was towed home, it started without a problem. I looked online for a mechanic. I didn't want that to happen again. The ad said I could save money and time with them. I had a new battery and tried to jump start my car, but it wouldn't start, so I called and explained. The guy made it clear to me that I would have to pay $85 for them to come to my house and fix my car. Really? After they fixed my car, I asked if he would deduct the $85 from my bill, but he said no. Wow. I haven't saved much money with them. Save More automotive had a lot of positive reviews from people who took their cars there. Randy told me that he couldn't run a diagnostic if my car wasn't running. I told Spokane Mobile that my check engine light wasn't on. Randy wouldn't be able to find anything wrong with it if it wasn't broken. Why didn't Spokane Mobile explain this to me? He offered to check my battery, starter and alternator. He didn't say anything after I asked how much I owed him. He said he didn't have anything to charge me with. Wow. I took my car to a shop that charged me $85 for a diagnostic and then claimed they found nothing wrong. I knew they didn't run a diagnostic because my battery died the next day. Save More automotive is the best shop in town. These days, honesty is easy to find and they are honest. Thanks to Randy and Save More automotive.
