I have worked directly with a new shop before, but working with the Wheel Doctor was different. You have full confidence that you are working with a true expert. I left him the review he deserved regardless of whether my issue was fixed or not. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment because I made it a few weeks ago. I drove from New Jersey because I couldn't work out a deal with my local installers. He was ready to leave. You are his priority while you are in the shop. I asked questions throughout the process. He was happy to explain it to me, but also showed me how it applied to what we were seeing on the machine. Three previous shops that could not sort out my vibration issue was explained thoroughly by me. He explained to me his pricing before we started and I wanted to have 4 wheels checked out. He's going to charge you more than you're used to. Don't let that make you think twice. He moved along after I agreed to his pricing. The process for the 4 wheels takes 2 hours. I was in and out of a tire shop in 30 minutes for balancing. I know more about road force balancing after watching the whole process go down. I understand why he has to charge the prices. The whole thing is methodical. That's why you get the results. He takes care of the wheels and tires. He takes the extra level of care with everything he does. You have to make an appointment, but this is a set it and forget the tire installation option.
