The person behind the counter should have your vin# so they can give you the right part. When I ordered the brake light sockets, I was told to come in the next day, but I got the wrong one the next day, and another guy helped me get it. He told me over the phone that the part would be in by 2pm and I went in around 3pm to give them time to find it. I had a receipt in case the police stopped me because the prices are cheap and I was told by many people that they don't buy parts from a dealership. One employee didn't take the time to make sure he was following protocol, so I gave it a 3 stars.
