I brought my steering wheel in to have them look at it because it was vibrating as I drove to work. Two hours later, I received a list of repairs in excess of $3000. I was told I could pick up my car and have the repairs done in 30 days. My wheel came off as I drove home. The owner refused to take responsibility for the carelessness of not checking the tire. He only refunds the $200 diagnostic fee. I had the car towed to a local mechanic who ordered and replaced a new wheel and said that the car did not need all the repairs that Nissan had told me it needed. The repairs that the owner refused to reimburse were under $1,000. Mr. Brennan was very rude and arrogant. Don't go to the dealership for repairs. You can find a trusted mechanic.
