I calmly and respectfully asked for a solution. The mechanic tried to convince me that it was already there, but I took pictures while the car was being lifted and even pointed it out before he brought the car down. He sent the owner of the shop damages after not being able to deny them. The owner told me that the mechanic had nothing to do with it and that he wouldn't come to him with the issue. The owner was the only one who could provide a resolution, according to the mechanic. It will cost me $1016 to fix the damage. Will never return to this place.
