I am not familiar with the previous owners of the shop. The new owners have done a great job of servicing both customers of the old legacy shop as well as loyal customers that followed them from their old location. I have been dealing with Frank and John for at least ten years. They are knowledgeable and fair. The sad reality is that auto repair is not cheap, sometimes involves trial and error, and never convenient. John and Frank try to be transparent. They let you know how it is and don't load you up with unnecessary work. They will suggest maintenance based on what will save you money and keep your vehicle running efficiently. The schedule is tied to their cash flow requirements. The cheapest thing to do is do it right the first time.
