The lady was the worst customer I have ever done business with. She did not mention that she was stuck in the pouring rain with her son unable to drive home, but she was treated with great customer service and given a great price for the work done. The price was around 500 dollars with labor. She was told that the store does not have access to my credit card machine and that she would not be able to pay with a credit card. There are 2 separate businesses. She decided to come at 11 PM because she didn't have any money and wanted to take the car. I feel bad, so I give her $100 off the price, and she pays $400 with her credit card. She calls the next day and wants to cancel the transaction and use another card.
