Due to the fact that the standard bulbs don't emit enough light to drive safely at night, we had an appointment to change the bulbs in my car. Tony told us that they were at least two weeks behind and wouldn't be taking any more appts. We had a confirmed appt. He said that we should change the entire assembly, but our headlights are clear. He said it would be 576 to change the bulbs and 131 for the tests they had already run. We did not need any tests because we knew that all the bulbs were working and that they needed to be replaced for brighter bulbs. My wife changed them all herself after we paid for them. We were told that they were two weeks behind and that they would be running a diagnostic test, but we were never told that. They would call us with their options before doing anything. I will give the cashier in the office a 10 on her personality and sweet disposition.
