The BMW of Montgomery was a waste of time and money. I took my car to be fixed, including the cracked headlight, license plate lights, and tire pressure sensors. The only thing I was able to fix was my license plate lights. I had a crack in my headlight cover. They said they had to replace the entire headlight. I declined this service because they were charging too much for the sensor itself and installation. I saved myself time and money by sending my car to Jim Whaley's and they only charged me $80 for the sensor and installation. Another problem, I wanted a backup camera. I have a boss radio that works with a backup camera and I just needed the mechanics to install the camera into the vehicle so that when I reverse the camera turns on. My car did not allow BMW of Montgomery to do this. I was told I could get it aftermarket and install it somewhere else. They told me I had a valve gasket leak and an oil pan gasket leak. I had them fix that because I know these are important. It costs about $900 for each of the leaks, so it still isn't cheap. They claimed they lightly cleaned my BMW, but left a dirt/grim outline on my leather flooring that was not cleaned or vacuumed. They shouldn't leave a car that is dirtier than what was given to them. I had a military discount applied to my final purchase, instead of the normal discount of 10%. I spent $950+$950+$180+$2080 and only $100 was the best they could do. I am not sure why Marcus Flourney could not do better with the discount since he is a veteran.
